Smoked Atlantic salmon Pinwheels
Smoked cold salmon wrapped, capers, spinach, red onion and herbed cream cheese wrapped in flat bread and sliced
Slow Roasted Beef Barbacoa soft shell tacos
Local beef slowly smoked with Texas style chipotle seasonings served in a soft-shell taco with Asian red cabbage slaw, fresh cilantro and chipotle mayo. **This can also be done with smoked pulled pork or pulled chicken
Coconut Curry Chicken Satays
White breast meat marinated in a sweet honey curry sauce, oven roasted and topped with shredded coconut
Vegetarian Tartlets
Phyllo tart shells stuffed with antipasto (tuna free); black olive tapenade and goat’s cheese, mango chutney and goat’s cheese
Pepperoni Caprese Bites
Grape tomato, bocconcini cheese, fresh basil leaf and lightly seasoned with pesto. These can also be made vegetarian without the meat

Vegetables Crudité GF V
A generous selection of hand chosen vegetables including the following but not limited to. Green, yellow and red pepper, green and yellow zucchini, grape tomatoes, cauliflower and broccoli, green or yellow beans, hand cut carrot sticks (no bunny luv’s here), celery and more. Served with a creamy garden vegetable dip or choose dairy free hummus.
Imported cheese and charcuterie tray
Basically a blend of our fantastic selection of cheese from around the world, caper berries, deli meats, prosciutto, fresh grapes and more all artfully displayed on a large rough sawn maple board

Hand rolled all beef meatballs in a tangy sweet and sour sauce
Hummus Tray GF
Toasted local pita chips with garlic spices served with a puree of chick peas, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and tahini

Fresh fruit medley GF V
We start our creation with a juicy pineapple and add honeydew melon, watermelon, cantaloupe, green grapes, red grapes, oranges, strawberries, fresh berries and whatever else is available and in season. We usually set this up as the centerpiece of the hors d’oeuvre table multi-layer.
Greek Marinated vegetables GF (except focaccia)
Grape tomato, kalamata black olives, red onion, mini cucumbers tossed with lemon, fresh oregano, feta and organic olive oil served with slices of focaccia bread
Lebanese Mezza platter
Living in such a diverse location as Halifax allows us to showcase the rich ethnic foods of Lebanon and the Middle East. Includes Fatayer (Spinach Pie), slices of pita, stuffed grape leaves, kibbeh and hummus
Deli Meat Tray
Famous brothers pepperoni, cured meats, prosciutto and chef choice with pickles and olives plus sweet honey mustard for dipping

Hot Smoked Atlantic salmon GF
Local North Atlantic fresh salmon loin dusted with brown sugar and maple with fresh herbs, slow smoked with oak and cherry woods and served with mango chutney and crackers
Steamed Shrimp GF
20-30 count per pound shrimp lightly steamed and served cold either our seasoned Thai style or traditionally with seafood dipping sauce **Can be made with Thai seasonings and sweet chili sauce for dipping
Steamed Indian Point Mussels GF
Take your pick, have the mussels steamed in white wine, garlic with onions and fresh parsley or choose out coconut green curry steam. Served with garlic butter

Fresh Baked buns and cut baguettes
An assortment of white, whole wheat and full grain buns with butter and bacel and a selection of cut baguettes. GF bread on request
Beef Carving Station
All our beef is slow roasted for up to 18 hours and only rubbed with cracked pepper and salt. Served medium and carved by our chef on site under the lights. Accompanied by Au Jus, horseradish cream, white wine full grain mustard, salt and pepper. Guests can have the beef sliced thin on a 6” plate or on our soft bun with assorted toppings.
Steamed Montreal Smoked Meat
If you have ever been to a deli in Montreal this is the meat for you. We import our smoked meat using the whole brisket and use steam to cook offering a super tender fully cured brisket. Carved on site by our chef with heaps of sauerkraut or our in house made slaw on buns with a variety of mustard.
Smoked Brisket
Atlantic brisket dry rubbed for 24 hours then slow smoked in our smoker for up to eight hours. For all those bbq connoisseurs this is the meal for you! Served with in house slaw and a selection of bbq sauces and mustard.
Annapolis Valley Smoked Ham
Great as a late summer or fall menu item. We use a full bone in ham and smoked with apple wood and drenched in a maple and brandy blend. Served with mustard selection.

Assorted single serve squares including brownies, butter tarts, lemon and cheesecake squares and whatever our baker whips up for the day
Grab and Go Fresh Berry Shortcake
Depending on the season, you can expect to see strawberries, local blueberries or peaches served in small mason jars with whip cream and cocoa dusting

The fine print
$72.99 per person plus 15% Tax and 15% Gratuity based on not less than 100 people. For groups below 100 guests, our price increases by $4for every drop of 10 guests.
Price includes set up of our supplies, all service staff (based on 6 hours), all dishes and flatware (Bone china and 1810 stainless steel), and water glasses. For a standard stations menu, we supply both 6 and 8 inch bone china plates. Should you decide to have dinner plates, we recommend adding some Spanish rice and roasted vegetables to one of the stations.
Delivery charges will apply for any wedding.
There are lots of options available and many of the above items can be interchangeable. This menu is best to be used as a guide and finalized with the help of our catering sales team. Minimum guest count in effect.
