We fully understand what is needed when catering for a funeral having had over 30 years experience. We will simply provide you with home cooked food, understanding mature staff with discreet service. The Basic
Although it can be expected to have food at all funerals, many families struggle with the cost so we offer this no frill budget package as an alternative. Included are basic sandwiches on white and whole wheat bread with selection of egg, tuna, chicken salad, ham, turkey and roast beef. A few sandwich's will have cheese and all sandwiches will have lettuce, salt and pepper. Also included is a tray of cookies and a small basic vegetable tray which has broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and grape tomato with a ranch dip. Price includes drop and go service and disposables; value priced at $19.50 pp. based on not less then 50 people.

Best Value
Our most popular package. Included is a selection of sandwiches including roast beef, smoked meat, lean turkey, black forest ham, egg, chicken salad and tuna salad. Built on a selection of fresh baked breads from 24 carrot bakery including white, whole wheat, marble rye, multi grain and flatbread. Expect to see cheddar and white cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes all artfully displayed. Also included are our classic squares (2 pp) and a vegetable tray with celery, carrots, broccoli, peppers and more with a creamy house made dip.

The Premium
Our sandwiches shine! These beauties are like none other. Included are artisan breads, focaccia, croissants, baguette, and more with toppings such as smoked salmon and capers, grilled steak with horseradish cream, in house locally sourced smoked ham, turkey and brie with cranberry, grilled chicken all with oven roasted vegetables. Served up with our premium squares and tarts with both vegetable crudite and fruit tray.

The Classsic Tea Sandwich
Looking for that classic church style funeral package? Look no further! Sandwiches include the following: Lightly curried egg salad, smoked salmon and spinach pinwheels, creamed ham and pickle, classic cucumber, rolled asparagus and the classic cream cheese and cherry. 4 pieces per person. Includes deli cheese (cubed) and meat tray with assorted crackers, squares and tarts.

The All In
For folks who do not wish to do anything except show up. We look after linens for the tables, staffing (1 staff per 50 people), a selection of our regular, premium and tea sandwiches, fruit tray, vegetable tray and cheese tray, assorted squares and hand made treats, coffee, tea, lemon and cucumber water, all disposables. $36 pp. based on not less than 100 guests. If you would like to have bone china dishes and porcelain hotel mugs, add $3 pp.
