All you need for your Wedding day meal ready to pick up and serve
We developed this menu out of the need by a selection of our customers looking for just the basics. Are you having a second marriage? Midafternoon event? Feel the need to feed your guests but you can provide all your own supplies and help? Well we can help. The following menu is portioned controlled so as long as you have 70 people or more you can pick this food up from us and know that everyone will be fed!
Includes one main course, one salad, rice and pasta for $32 plus tax only. All items are packaged in disposable containers and will be ready for pick up from our catering kitchen. Can be ready hot or chilled for reheating. Please talk to one of our knowledgeable staff for exact details etc.
Grilled ¼ Chicken with a motley of fresh herbs and seasonings
Choice of one of the following salads
Simple house salad of fresh greens, crisp cucumbers, tomato's, shredded carrot with a selection of dressings
Classic Caesar salad including romaine, dressing, croutons, bacon and lemon — to be assembled on site
Choose one of the following for $4 more
Mediterranean Greek - Homestead Feta, Kalamata black olives, red onions, English cucumbers, ruby red tomato fresh herbs and parsley and crisp romaine in a traditional Greek dressing.
Spinach Salad — Tender baby spinach greens, California walnuts, Goat’s cheese, dried fruit and berries, cut vegetables with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Pan fried Rice Pilaf with sautéed vegetables
Bajan Macaroni pie! Similar to macaroni and cheese but with a bit more creamy sauce
Add any of the following for $6 per person
Farm to table baby red potatoes — Local potatoes splashed with olive oil, Herbs De Provence and roasted. As with all vegetables sometimes baby red potatoes are unavailable or exceptionally expensive. Caterer reserves the right to use local regular potatoes or mix it up with fingerlings. OR choose any style of potato you prefer
Fire Grilled Vegetables — Expect to see green and yellow zucchini, green and yellow beans, carrots, sweet potato, green, yellow and red peppers, broccoli tossed with olive oil, spices and roasted. Really this is only a small sample of what we do; we pretty much use whatever is available and (hopefully) in season. All our vegetables come from Pete’s Froutique exclusively.
